Data Analytics is the New Must-Have Skill for Managers; this Course Prepares Professionals for a Data-Driven Business Environment.
No matter the question, a spreadsheet full of numbers is not the answer. Business processes are growing increasingly data-driven, generating demand for professionals who can analyze data, produce insights, and communicate findings effectively throughout the organization.
Analytics insights are the key to generating strategy for everything from customer relationships to capital investments to inventory management to marketing and sales. The success or failure of data initiatives all comes down to making these insights meaningful and presenting them in the right way for the right audience.
Key Learning Points Include:
- The right data for the job – selecting and cleaning data sets and choosing technologies
- The “so what” factor – aligning analytics with KPIs
- The data-eyed view – implementing and managing data projects
- The Analytics Realization Cycle – integrating meaningful analytics into business process
- The right question for the right answer – framing analytics for actionable impact
- How to make a data splash – communicating proof points in the executive context
- Avoiding the glazed-over effect – pro tips to avoiding failed execution
Analytics has the power to transform brand management, client relationships and business process, but there are serious risks if data initiatives are not executed in the right way. Executives must provide vision for their organizations in deploying analytics meaningfully, while maintaining strategic focus. This course is an essential playbook for leaders to get a jump-start on what big data means for business.
